USER REGISTRATION

The user is responsible for their account access data and the confidentiality of their password.

ORDERS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Returns can be made within 14 days of order delivery.

Items must be returned:

  In new condition;
  

• 
  With tags and original packaging;
  

• 
  Without signs of use.
  

The return request should be sent to geral@lunaticstore.pt .

The refund will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days after validation of the return.

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless due to an error by LUNATIC.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERIES

All orders are subject to stock availability.

In case of stock outage, the customer will be contacted to indicate a new deadline or product replacement.

LUNATIC undertakes to dispatch orders within the maximum legal period of 30 days.

Deliveries are only available for countries within the European Union.

PRICES

All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.

LUNATIC reserves the right to change prices, campaigns, and information on the website without prior notice.

LIABILITY

LUNATIC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, transport problems, strikes, technical failures or other external factors.
